      COS Initial Setup

      To set up a COS server, the following steps must be completed before any projects can be created and managed:

      1. Create the "Manager User" account.
      2. Create the "Call Center Account".
      3. Create the "Client Account".
      4. Create the necessary templates.
      5. Create any other relevant user accounts as needed, such as:
        • Center Users
        • Client Users
        • Sub-Client Users
        • Agent Users

      The initial setup process on a COS server requires finalizing all user accounts and templates before the first projects can be created and managed. This ensures a professional and detailed setup that lays the groundwork for effective project management on the COS server.
