SMS Send Error Codes

The "SMS sent status codes" column displays the number of texts that were successfully sent, processed, failed, or rejected in real-time.

Each numeric error code corresponds to a specific reason for a text failing or being rejected.

30001 - Queue Overflow: You tried to send too many messages too quickly, causing your message queue to overflow. To resolve this, you'll need to reduce your send rate or use more senders to handle the volume within the Messages Per Second (MPS) limits for your senders, messaging services, and accounts.

30003 - Unreachable Destination Handset: The destination handset you are trying to reach is switched off, has insufficient signal, cannot receive SMS (e.g., a landline number), or there is an issue with the mobile carrier.

30004 - Message Blocked: The destination number you are trying to reach is blocked from receiving this message (e.g., due to blacklisting), the device has insufficient signal, cannot receive SMS, or there is an issue with the mobile carrier.

30005 - Unknown Destination Handset: The destination number you are trying to reach is unknown and may no longer exist, the device is not on or has insufficient signal, cannot receive SMS, or there is an issue with the mobile carrier.

30006 - Landline or Unreachable Carrier: The destination number is unable to receive this message, likely because it is a landline.

30007 - Carrier Violation: Your message was flagged as objectionable and blocked by the receiving wireless carrier, either due to enforcement of rules/regulations or to protect mobile subscribers from spam or unwanted messages.
