Coding SMS/MMS Responses

By following these steps, you can efficiently process and code all incoming text message responses.

To Process Incoming Text Message Responses, Follow These Steps:

1. Go to the SMS Master tab. There, you will see a column labeled "SMS Reply Count" that displays the number of unprocessed responses.
2. Click on the "Reply(#)" link to access the "Agent Reply" screen, where you can code the responses.

The "Agent Reply" Screen Provides the Following Details for each Response:

• Unprocessed Response Count: The number of responses that have not yet been coded.
• SMS Response ID: A unique numeric ID assigned to each received response.  
• Project ID: The purchase order number of the associated project.
• Project Name: The name or description of the project.
• Question Number: The number of the question in the script order.
• Text Response: The response provided by the recipient.
• Coding: The preset response codes.
