Missing Phone Number

A data file containing a phone number column but no phone numbers will not receive an error message however when the data is loaded COS will instead display that the number of records that are duplicates or bad numbers is equal to the number of lines in the file. If the file does not contain a phone number column then on the upload data preview page COS will automatically populate the first available column of data that contains numerical data, such as age or ID number.
