The Records section of a List Dashboard contain display all records of a list and keep a record of each event that occurred for each individual record.
- List Dashboard - returns the user to the list page
- Column Visibility - customize which columns of data are displayed
- Download Records - download the campaign data file to a device
- Download Events - download a log of events for each record
- Upload Updates - upload or update records in a list using the key ID field
- Show Entries - choose how many records are displayed on each page
- Events - shows additional reporting of events that have occurred on that record such as open email, clicked emails, bounced emails, etc.
- Active - determines if a list is active or inactive
- lr_id - the list records identification number
- created - the date the record was created
- updated - the last date the record was updated
- bounced - denotes how many times an email has bounced
- last_sent - the last date an email was sent to the record
- last_bounce - the last date an email bounced when sent to a record
- last_link_clicked - the last date a recipient clicked a link within the email
- last_delivered - the last date an email was delivered to the record
- last_opened - the last date a recipient opened an email
- last_unsubscribed - the last date the record unsubscribed from the email list
- last_spam - the last date the record flagged the send as spam
- phone - the phone number of the record
- email - the email address of the record
