Pre-Project Setup - Robocall
Script: If using the text-to-speech function, you must provide a script.
Recording: The automated recording must be recorded prior to loading it into the COS (Customer Outreach System). Accepted file formats include .wav and .mp3.
Data: The data must be in .csv format, with no duplicate or missing header columns.
Start/Stop Date: Specify the dates the project will be dialing, including any days, such as weekends, that should be excluded.
Start/Stop Time: Provide the specific times the project will be dialed. COS will automatically dial at the specified times once the campaign is queued.
Caller ID: Indicate the number that will be displayed on the call recipient's telephone.
