Longer than usual wait times between calls may be due to several potential factors.

 

 Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Verify that your organization is currently running a shift today.
    2. Check your internet connection and signal strength to ensure you have a stable, reliable network connection.
    3. Confirm that your microphone has been granted the necessary permissions to be used within your browser.
    4. Ensure you are in an "Available" status. Once in "Available" mode, remain in that status and avoid switching between other statuses.
