Long Wait Time Troubleshoot
Longer than usual wait times between calls may be due to several potential factors.
Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

- Verify that your organization is currently running a shift today.
- Check your internet connection and signal strength to ensure you have a stable, reliable network connection.
- Confirm that your microphone has been granted the necessary permissions to be used within your browser.
- Ensure you are in an "Available" status. Once in "Available" mode, remain in that status and avoid switching between other statuses.
