      NGP VAN API Key to Call Server COS

      COS includes full bi-directional integration with NPG VAN for My Voter & My Campaign VAN accounts.

      To get started, you'll need to request a VAN API key for Call Server COS:

      1. Under your VAN account go to API Integrations -> Request an API Key -> Submit a support Request (on the bottom of the pop up)
      2. Request a Call Server COS API Key by following the link indicated by the Red Arrow
          


      Once you obtain your VAN key, you can begin using COS to:

      • Pull down files from your folders
      • Use and synchronize your survey questions and responses
      • Map call status codes
      • Mark activists
      • Push results back to VAN
