COS includes full bi-directional integration with NPG VAN for My Voter & My Campaign VAN accounts.
To get started, you'll need to request a VAN API key for Call Server COS
- Under your VAN account go to API Integrations -> Request an API Key -> Submit a support Request (on the bottom of the pop up)
- Request a Call Server COS API Key by following the link indicated by the Red Arrow
Once you obtain your VAN key, you can begin using COS to pull down files from your folders, use and synchronize your survey questions and responses, map call status codes, mark activists and push results back to VAN all from within COS.
