The multiple choice response feature allows agents and volunteers to select more than one answer for a single question.
However, the number of responses that can be entered into a single question is limited to 30 total. To enable this multiple choice functionality, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Script" icon
2. Click the "Edit Script" icon in the top right corner
3. Go to the question that requires multiple responses
4. Click the "Select Multiple" drop down field and select "True"
5. Click "Save & Next"
When downloading data from a project that includes questions with multiple responses, an extra step is required to ensure the multiple response data is legible in the downloaded file. Here's how to do it:
1. Click "Campaign Database"
2. Select "Download Campaign Data"
3. Click the "Multiple Response Decode" drop down field and select "Decode To Responses"
4. Click "Download"
This process makes the multiple response data clear and readable in the downloaded file.
