Clear a queue
Clearing the queue is a function that is available on the Dialer Dashboard.
To navigate to the dialer dashboard, select the management submenu then select Dialer.
Once on the dialer dashboard, find and select the queue you want to clear.
Click the "Clear Queue" button to remove all calls from the selected queue.Please note that if calls have already been made on a project (aside from test calls), clearing the queue will also drop the data from the project's Dashboard and Campaign Data. Once the records are dropped, the report and any other associated data for those completed calls will be permanently removed.
However, you will still be able to access the call logs under the Project / Logs / Call Logs section. If you want to replicate a project with new data, it is recommended to create a new project and copy the script, but not the data.
