Clear a queue
Clearing the queue is a function that is available on the Dialer Dashboard.
- To navigate to the dialer dashboard, select the management submenu then select Dialer.
- Once on the dialer dashboard, find and select the queue you want to clear.
- Click the "Clear Queue" button to remove all calls from the selected queue.
However, you will still be able to access the call logs under the Project / Logs / Call Logs section. If you want to replicate a project with new data, it is recommended to create a new project and copy the script, but not the data.
