The columns below are appended to the end of the data that was originally loaded into a COS project.
Cr_id - the call record ID number. Once uploaded, every record in a universe is given a unique cr_id number generate by COS.
Center_id - the ID number of the call center that the records were assigned to.
Phone_clean - the number that was called containing only numeric digits
Spoke_to - the name of the person that received the call
Spoke_to_id - the ID number of the person that received the call
Call_date - the date in which the call took place
Call_time - the time of day that the call took place
Sms_id - the ID number generated for each individual message sent
Segments - the number of segments in the text
Status_code - the finalized outcome of the call
Downloaded - denotes whether or not the data has been downloaded
- AVAILABLE = 0
- PROCESSED = 1
- AGENT_LOCK = 2
Q1 - the recorded outcome of the initial message
QD1 - the time of delivery of the initial message
R1 - the record's captured text response
RD1 - the time that the response was delivered
QT1 - the alphanumeric text of a captured response
