Edit PO - Live Call

The Edit PO section is the central repository for all basic and project-specific information in a COS (Campaign Operating System) project.

This section is divided into four distinct subsections: General Info, Status Codes, Goal Management, and Manager Hold and Archive.

The General Info page is where the fundamental details of a COS project are entered. This includes the project's start and stop dates/times, caller ID, time zone, state, and number of questions. Most of the information on the General Info page is displayed at the top of the project dashboard on the project home screen.

The key fields on the General Info page are:

  • Client: The client associated with the project
  • Project Name: The title of the project
  • Start Date/Time: The date and time the project is set to begin dialing
  • Stop Date/Time: The date and time the project is set to stop dialing
  • Default Time Zone: The time zone determining where the calls are placed
  • Default Region: The state in which the project is being dialed
  • Caller ID: The phone number displayed to call recipients
  • Number of Questions: The number of questions in the script
  • Freeform Responses: Toggles on/off the option to add freeform responses
  • Report Emails: Email addresses to receive project reports
  • Assigned SubClient: Allows assigning a sub-client with limited access

The Time Zone feature enables the project to only dial within a specific time zone, based on the selected region. The Caller ID field allows adding a phone group to the project. The Number of Questions can be adjusted as needed. Freeform responses can be enabled on this page. The Report Emails, Assigned SubClient, and Campaign Notes functions are also accessed here.

The Status Codes page displays all available status codes associated with the project. You can adjust these codes from this page if necessary.

The Goals page allows you to enter specific project goals into the system. For more detailed information on setting project goals, please refer to the article Goal Info.

The Management page enables you to remap statuses, responses, and headers.
