Script - Live Call

The script editor in the Call Optimization System (COS) enables the user to input the script and make edits at any time.

It offers several key features:

Variable Substitution: This allows for the insertion of unique data specific to individual records, such as voter names and addresses.

Navigational Skip Logic: The "Show Question If" function allows the script to be customized based on data criteria or previous responses, guiding the agent to the appropriate next question.

If/Then Skip Logic: Similar to the above, this conditional logic can tailor the script's flow based on voter responses.

Freeform Responses: In addition to predefined response options, the script can include open-ended fields for agents to capture voter feedback.

Response Randomization: The order of response options can be randomized to avoid response bias, while maintaining the original data order.

Response Pinning: Certain responses can be "pinned" in place, leaving the remaining options to be randomized.

The script is divided into three main sections - the Opening, the Questions, and the Closing. Each section offers specialized functionality to enhance the agent's interaction with the voter.
