Calls Aren't Coming In

  1. Verify that all agents are logged into the correct queue.
  2. Ensure at least one agent is in "Available" status.
  3. Confirm the queue is "Enabled".
  4. Make certain the script has been saved to the dialer.
  5. If using the Human Dialer, ensure the phone numbers have been pushed to the dialer.
  6. Check the dialer speed and adjust as needed.
