Calls Aren't Coming In
- Verify that all agents are logged into the correct queue.
- Ensure at least one agent is in "Available" status.
- Confirm the queue is "Enabled".
- Make certain the script has been saved to the dialer.
- If using the Human Dialer, ensure the phone numbers have been pushed to the dialer.
- Check the dialer speed and adjust as needed.
