How do I Access Smart Patch Recordings?

To access smart patch recordings, please follow these instructions

• First, open the Robo IVR project associated with the smart patch program.
• Next, navigate to the project dashboard and select "Logs."
• From there, select "Calls" to view the recordings page where you can sort and listen to available recordings.
• If you need to download recordings, simply check the box next to the media player and select recordings.
• Then select "Download .CSV" to export the data.
• The selected recordings will display as a 2 in the recording column.
