How do I Access Smart Patch Recordings?
To access smart patch recordings, please follow these instructions
- First, open the Robo IVR project associated with the smart patch program.
- Next, navigate to the project dashboard and select "Logs."
- From there, select "Calls" to view the recordings page where you can sort and listen to available recordings.
- If you need to download recordings, simply check the box next to the media player and select "Download .CSV" to export the data.
