Requesting a Flash Report And It's Function
If a client needs real time information on current dialing, a Flash report can be requested.
When requesting a flash report, please ensure you provide the correct title and project number. Please note that the requisition of information is not instant, so there will be a slight delay before the information is provided. A COS project manager can request the assigned center to provide current dialing updates and information for a project. Examples of such information may include:
"Contact volume is low for this program."
"We have reached 1800 completes for this program."
"The patch transfer number is not working for this program, please clarify with the client."
