SMS DNC List Dashboard

The SMS DNC (Do Not Call) List is an internal list maintained on the COS server that catalogs all numbers assigned as DNC. A number is assigned DNC status when the caller selects to opt out of future messages. These DNC numbers are stored on the server to ensure they are not contacted in future projects, unless removed.

To access the SMS DNC List:

1. Select "Management" on the COS dashboard
2. Within the sub-menu, select "SMS DNC List"
3. The DNC numbers will be displayed with four filters:
   • Created: Filters by date of entry
   • Entry Method: Filters by manual or automatic addition
   • Client: Filters by client
   • Phone Number Client: Filters by client number

To add a new number:

1. Select the "New" option highlighted in blue
2. Enter the client information and phone number, then save

To delete a number:

1. Click on the number
2. Select the "Delete" option highlighted in red
3. This is typically used if a caller changes their decision to opt out.
