10DLC Registration Form Guide

How to use CCF's 10DLC registration form

Please begin by filling out the CCF client information section of the form.

CCF Client Information

  1. CCF Client Code refers to your three-letter client code as it stands with CCF.
  2. Your email and your name should be your information, not the end client.
  3.  Estimated number of texts and text split should be as accurate as possible.

Campaign Information

This portion of the form will be used for the campaign or entity information that is registering for 10DLC. **Campaign name and address must match tax forms.

  1. Fill out the company name/dba name and address of applicant.
  2. Select Campaign Industry
  3. Select Company Industry
  4. Select Campaign Business Type
  5. A subset selection of Campaign Business Type with be based on if the organization is a Non-profit 527, or not.

*Non-profit 527 organizations will need to provide a cv token. Please refer to the following article:

*Campaigns that do not fall within the Non-profit 527 but are Non-profit category need to select if they fall under the 501c category.

501 C3: nonprofit organization for religious, charitable, scientific, and educational purposes. Donations to 501(c)3 are tax-deductible. 

501 C4: social welfare group, and donations to 501(c)4 are not tax-deductible.

  1. Enter Campaign EIN
  2. Enter Campaign preferred area codes. These area codes will be used as the area code messaging is delivered from.

  1. Enter Campaign Opt In/ Privacy Page (if applicable)
  2. Select Can/Cannot Opt in Via Website (if applicable)
  3. Enter Opt In/ Call to Action/Message Flow
  4. Enter Campaign Use Case
  5. Provide two sample text messages.
