Scripting: The scripting for texting projects represents the text content that will be sent to recipients. Texts are typically limited to a single segment (160 characters), but can be longer if necessary. Ensure the script includes any appropriate responses that may be pushed back from recipients.
Data: The data must be provided in .csv format. The data should not contain any duplicate or missing header columns. If the project requires populating the voter's name in the text, make sure that information is included.
Start/Stop Date: Specify the exact date and time range the project should run.
Project Type: Indicate whether the project will utilize SMS text messages or MMS (multimedia) messages.
Media Files (MMS Only): For MMS projects, any media files (videos, GIFs, images, etc.) must be smaller than 500KB in size.
Goal Type: Unless a stop number is specified, the saturation rate for all text projects should be set to 100%.
