This method of registration is via Twilio integration. The preferred method is via campaign registry. (Knowledge Base article coming soon)
Create New Entry
- Click "Management" and select "Phone Verification"
- Click "New"
- Complete the form application
- Click "New"
- Double check all entries to ensure accuracy. (Note: Phone Number must include a "+1" prefix)
- On the Phone Verification screen press Control on you keyboard. Click to select the entry then click Request Review to send the information to the carrier for review.
- Once completed, email us at 10dlc@callserver.us so that we can make sure it gets submitted to the carrier.
Enable 10DLC
- Click on the entry that is to be enabled so that it is highlighted
- Click "Enable 10DLC"
- Click "Save
- Click "Management" and select "Phone Setup"
- Select the phone group
- Click "Setup 10DLC"
- Fill out this form
- Click "Save"
- For Vetting Type we highly recommend choosing Secondary. This will give a higher trust score. The fee for this is $40. Basic is $4.
- If you choose public you must fill out the Stock Exchange and Ticket fields. With the other options the fields will not show because they won’t be needed.
